Jay M.Dutton, M.D., F.A.C.S. completed his premedical education at Indiana University in 1990 and earned his medical degree from University of Iowa in 1994. Dr. Dutton completed his surgical internship at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan and his residency training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa in 1999. He then completed a post-graduate fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery under the direction of Dr. Robert Bumsted and Dr. William Panje at Rush Medical College in 2000.
He is board certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Rhinologic Society, among other organizations. He is the former Chief of the Divisions of Rhinology/Sinus Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center, and the current Chair of the Department of Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital.
